TIME ON SITE RATES

EXAMPLE: Slightly more advanced tasks compared to a handyman. Fitting & Fixing locks, Commercial & Office Decorating, Shower screen installations etc.

SCOPED JOB RATES
Typically apply for large jobs: for renovations, refurbishments, installation projects and most jobs taking longer than 8 hours.

In this case, an estimator or tradesman will come out to visit you and your property,
discuss your needs and specifications and we will then provide a detailed scope of works and fixed price quote to get it done.
The cost to complete work that has been quoted for will not change unless the scope of work changes.

NOTE:
If a tradesman has been booked to attend a property as ‘Time on site’ to carry out a job,
and is then required to provide a scope of work, the time taken to investigate, write the scope and quote will be charged.

Prices are subject to VAT at 20%. Above rates are quoted exclusive of VAT

Any charges incurred for materials, parking and tolls will be passed on to the customer. Materials will be charged at cost + 25%
